Easy 30 Day Return Policy

You may return or exchange any purchase to ACE SOUTHERN within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.


If your original order included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.


All returned products require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You may initiate a return or exchange online, by phone or live chat. Orders returned after 30 days are no longer eligible for a refund.

Online Returns in 3 Easy Steps

  1. Locate your order
    Log in to your Account Dashboard and click the Start a Return card. Check your order history list for eligible returns and click “Request an RMA”.
  2. Complete the RMA Request form
    Fill out the form selecting the product/s you wish to return or exchange and answer some questions to get the return process started. Your form is submitted to our Customer Service department who will contact you with your RMA number and send you a return label.
  3. Pack, Label and Ship
    Replace your item/s and invoice in the manufacturer’s packaging, complete with all original literature and instructions. Affix the return label securely and drop the package off at your local UPS store, dropbox or give to your UPS driver. A flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 may be deducted from your refund.

Eligibility Conditions

If all conditions are not met ACE SOUTHERN reserves the right to refuse the return. All products MUST be in saleable condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, instructions, manuals, and accessories. Any products that have been opened, used, written on or otherwise tampered with are not considered to be in saleable condition.Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Any products returned directly to the manufacturer will not be eligible for a refund from ACE SOUTHERN.


Non Returnable Items

  • Refrigerated and hazardous items
  • Equipment
  • Narcotics and controlled substances
  • Non-stock items
  • Sterile Solutions for Injection and Irrigation
  • Products that have been opened
  • Special order, custom, or drop ship products
  • Products that are noted "non-returnable"

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

Exchanges

Dental implants are eligible to be exchanged for a different size within 90 days of delivery.

After Your Return

We will notify you to confirm that your return has been processed. After we receive your return, we normally process your exchange or refund within 5 business days (M-F).
