ASAP FAQs

How do I enroll?

To enroll in the Alliance Program you must be an ACE SOUTHERN customer. If you have a web account visit your Account Dashboard, click the Loyalty Card and check the box indicating you wish to enroll. If you are not a current web customer, you can still enroll by filling out the enrollment form.

Am I automatically enrolled in the Alliance Program?

If you are currently a member of AAOMS or AAP you start saving right away. However, everyone must enroll in the Alliance Program to take advantage of the Premiere and Premiere+ benefit levels.

Who can enroll in the Alliance Program?

Every customer of ACE SOUTHERN is welcome to enroll in the Alliance Program for free. 

After enrolling, when will I begin receiving program benefits?

You will receive benefits once the account has fulfilled $15,000, $25,000 or more in purchases of products within a calendar year. For example, if you enrolled in ASAP on September 1, 2022, all purchases from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 will be included toward qualification.

Once an enrolled customer becomes qualified, benefits automatically go into effect for the remainder of that year and the next. For example: A customer qualifies on September 25, 2022, they will receive ASAP benefits for the remainder of 2022 and all of 2023.

What do I need to do in order to re-qualify for benefits?

To retain your ASAP qualified status, you need to continue purchasing $15,000, $25,000 or more within the original qualification year and the following year. Beyond that, the time frame becomes the calendar year.

What happens if I don’t spend $25,000 or more after I’ve qualified for Premiere Plus?

If you fail to spend $25,000 or more, you will lose your ASAP Premiere Plus status. However, if you spend more than $15,000 you will remain qualified for ASAP Premiere level benefits. If you fail to spend $15,000 or more you will lose all ASAP benefits.

When my account reaches qualified status, will I receive benefits with every order?

Qualified ASAP Customers receive automatic benefits with every order. See the chart above outlining the different savings levels.

What happens if I do not qualify for benefits within the first year I enroll?

If you enrolled in the Alliance Program and did not qualify by purchasing $15,000, $25,000 or more within the calendar year, you will be automatically re-enrolled for the following calendar year. Purchases spent during the prior year will not be included. Purchases after the 1st day of the new year will count toward qualification and will have the next 12 months to qualify.

Can I combine my accounts to reach qualified status?
No, You may NOT combine accounts to reach the qualifying spend of $15,000, $25,000 or more. Purchases are measured by individual accounts held with ACE SOUTHERN. For customers with more than one ACE SOUTHERN account, it is necessary to enroll each account in ASAP, and each account is required to reach $15,000, $25,000 or more in purchases within the calendar year.

I'm ASAP qualified, why am I being charged for free ground shipping?

ASAP Qualified customers receive FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders delivered to an address within the 50 contiguous United States, with the exception of Heavyweight products (products weighing 15 lbs. or more), which will be charged Standard UPS Ground shipping fees.

How can I tell the regular retail price from ASAP pricing?

Within our print catalogs and other printed sales materials, you will see different list prices next to one another. The first price is the regular/retail price (usually printed in Black) and the others are the ASAP Member price, ASAP Premiere and ASAP Premiere Plus. See the chart above for specific product group discounts. On the ACE SOUTHERN web site, ASAP Qualified Customers who are logged-into the site, will see the regular price crossed out and the ASAP Price next to it. This is your price with the appropriate ASAP product group discount applied.

What qualifies as general merchandise?

General merchandise means all products except Instruments, Bone Regenerative and Dental Implants.

What qualifies as an instrument?

Instruments means anything hand held such as scissors, needle holders, forceps, etc.

I’m currently enrolled or qualified for the ACE+Plus loyalty program, what happens to my qualifying purchases?

Your purchases made with ACE during 2022, prior to the launch of the new ACE SOUTHERN company will be carried over and count towards the new Premiere and Premiere Plus ASAP levels.

I’m currently an AAOMS Choice member with Southern Anesthesia, what happens to my qualifying purchases?

Your purchases made with SAS during 2022, prior to the launch of the new ACE SOUTHERN company will be carried over and count towards the new Premiere and Premiere Plus ASAP levels.

I’m both a SAS and ACE customer, what happens to my qualifying purchases?

Your purchases made with both ACE and SAS during 2022, prior to the launch of the new ACE SOUTHERN company will be carried over and count towards the new Premiere and Premiere Plus ASAP levels.

I am currently a member of the ACE+Plus loyalty program where the qualifying spend is only $10,000, what happens under ACE SOUTHERN?

For the first year (2022) your $10,000 spend automatically qualifies you for the ASAP Premiere level. However, for 2023 and beyond, you must spend $15,000 or more to remain qualified.

My ACE+Plus qualification anniversary date is in September, will that remain the same for ASAP?

For those who are already qualified for the ACE+Plus program, your anniversary date goes away and will become a yearly qualification period. Every customer will have from January 1st to December 31st to qualify for ASAP.

Enrollment and Qualifying Conditions

Once you have established account with ACE SOUTHERN, enrolling in the ASAP Alliance Program can be done through our website. As soon as your total purchases reach $15,000 within a calendar year (shipping and taxes not included), you will automatically become a Qualified AASP Premier customer. You will receive the program benefits on every purchase for a full 12 months from the date you qualify. To maintain benefits, simply continue to spend $15,000 each year you are in the program. To achieve the Premier Plus status you must spend $25,000 annually within a calendar year. ACE SOUTHERN communicates many of our program offerings and members only events through e-mail and through your online account dashboard. As part of the enrollment agreement, in order to maintain enrollment and qualified status, all program members must maintain the appropriate spend threshold and have an active e-mail address enrolled in the program or the account may be subject to disqualification from the program.
